I've played it a few times in RA just for kicks, and enjoyed it. However, I am curious about potentially using it in pve. I know the most important part of most pve is just looking sexy, but I would like to know if I would just be better off playing a Derv if I want to use a scythe, or if there is a Steady Stance Scythe warrior build that can be effectively used in pve in its own right. Thanks a bunch.

It's not bad, but since you're a warrior you might as well take advantage of triple chop or dragon slash SY.

A scythe war can certainly be fun to play in PvE, but its not the most effective.

For a fun scythe war build you might try...[Vow of Strength]+[Aura of Holy Might]+[i am the strongest]+[flail].

this is fine for a derv (flail being replaced for fury), but for a warrior, it has almost no perks... earth and scythe mastery are both derv based, and strength would have zero effect on your damage, because you're not using attack skills to trigger its bonus...

also, 3 spec attributes is bad if over 1 of them isnt in your primary imo..

Where does it say hes using Str? Flail, being 4 adr, is easily charged with a scythe, even with its duration of 5-6 seconds.
